The mission of Mathematical Sciences is to produce graduates who will: Develop mathematical ability and knowledge of the depth and breadth of mathematics. Communicate about mathematics and by utilizing mathematics. Use technology to support problem solving and promote understanding. Apply the mathematical sciences, including statistics, in other academic disciplines.

How Blended Learning Works

All students get access to recorded lectures and Smart Board notes. On-campus students attend live classes, but distant students can follow along online with full access to materials.

Graduation Requirements

Students complete core requirements, one option (e.g., Education or Applied track), and general studies requirements.
Mathematics Education students complete Professional Education courses instead of a second major or minor.
