We are changing the arrival and check-in process this year and want you to be aware in advance. Please plan your drop-off at the Chicoine Center from 7:00 -7:45 a.m.

Arrival & Check-In - Chicoine Center

Please plan to check-in at the ticket counter of the Chicoine Center main entry (drop off on the south side and enter through the main doors) between 7:00 and 7:45 a.m. on Wednesday, October 15, 2025.  You will be provided with student test rosters, name tags and meal tickets. Please allow at least 15 minutes to check-in and distribute the materials to your students.  

Bus parking will be available East of the Softball Feild, South of Chicoine Center, South of Nelson Physical Activity Center, and South of Hildreth Hall.

Welcome - Chicoine Center

Join us for a Welcome and detailed event information in the Chicoine Center at 8:00 a.m. After the Welcome, CSC Eagle Guides will walk students to 8:30 tests or to the Student Center for activities. 

Main Hub - Student Center

The Student Center will serve as the main hub for meals and activities during the day. There will be activities, games, a quiet room and afternoon snacks provided for students. Shuttles and walking guides will be ready to assist students in wayfinding to their testing sites.

A special Sponsor’s Reception Room has been set aside in the Student Center. All high school sponsors and drivers are welcome to use this space from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.

Dining

Meal tickets that were pre-ordered will be provided at check-in. Claim meals in the Student Center main dining hall.

Closing – Chicoine Center

To conclude the day a closing message will be given along with a few surprises! Don't miss the closing event in the Chicoine Center at 12:45 p.m. Attendees will be dismissed at     1:00 p.m.
