Nebraska Bankers Association Scholarship

Award Amount:
Up to 10 scholarships of $2,500 each

Sponsor:
Nebraska Bankers Association (NBA)

Eligibility Requirements:
Applicants must meet all of the following:
– Junior or senior standing by the next academic year
– Full-time student pursuing a bachelor’s degree in any major
– Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0
– Attending a Nebraska state or private college or university
– Resident of Nebraska (non-residents are not eligible)

Application Process:

  1. Complete the online form at: nebankers.org/foundation-scholarship

  2. Email the following documents to nbacommunications@nebankers.org:
    – Essay (200–300 words) answering:
    • What are your career goals?
    • How will the banking industry play a role in your future career?
    – Letter of support from an NBA-member banker (NBA can help with a connection if needed)
    – Current résumé (work/volunteer experience, extracurriculars, education)
    – Unofficial transcript
