In celebration of Salute to the Military Month, Nebraska Gov. Dave Heineman will address veterans issues at the Chadron State College Veterans Awareness Conference on Tuesday, Nov. 10. The event will be in the Student Center on the Chadron State campus. Topics to be covered include post-traumatic stress disorder, female veterans issues, benefits, substance abuse and family support.
