Emerging Eagle Leaders Program

Emerging Eagle Leaders

At Chadron State College, we cultivate leaders who will leave a lasting impact on the college, their communities, and their future careers. Through the Emerging Eagle Leaders program, participants develop the essential skills that position them competitively for internships, campus leadership positions, and student leadership roles.

Over the course of the Fall and Spring semesters, members of Emerging Eagle Leaders engage in dynamic team-based leadership workshops and exercises, allowing them to apply their skills to real-world scenarios and foster connections with peers. Those who successfully complete the year-long program are rewarded with a special cord during graduation, a certificate of completion, and lunch with President Ron K. Patterson.

To qualify for Emerging Eagle Leaders at Chadron State College, applicants must have completed 30 or more credit hours and their first year of college. Transfer students and returning students are equally encouraged to participate.
