Moulton made his presentation Tuesday to an audience in the Chadron State College Student Center.

The second meeting of a community building program in Chadron will be Tuesday, March 25, at the Chicoine Atrium of Chadron State College’s Sandoz Center. The HomeTown Competitiveness meeting will begin at 5:30 p.m. and is open to anyone who wants to help improve the Chadron community and economy.

Dr. Kim Madsen, director of the Chadron State College Child Development Center, received special recognition at the annual conference of the National Coalition of Campus Children’s Centers in Washington, D.C., March 5-8. She was honored for outstanding leadership as a director of campus child care.

A Chadron State College assistant professor of education, Dr. Arthur Borgemenke, has been selected to present a paper at the 19th annual Conference-within-a-Conference, an event of the National Association of Elementary School Principals and the National Council of Professors of Educational Administration. The conference will be April 4-8 at Nashville, Tenn.
