A new pictorial history of the Chadron area is in the works. It will be part of the Images of America series produced by Arcadia Publishing based in South Carolina. Collection and organization of the material for the book will be spearheaded by students in the Composition II course at Chadron State College taught by Deb Carpenter. Seniors from Broken Bow were crowned the Winter Magic Formal royalty at Chadron State College Saturday night. The queen is Jamie Olson-Jones and the king is Kevin Neth. Both are elementary education majors and were nominated by Campus Crusade for Christ.
