CHADRON – The Chadron State College 50th Anniversary Title IX Committee presented local veterinarian Dr. Regina Rankin with The Chadron State College Title IX Trailblazer Award on Sept. 7 during the CSC rodeo in Chadron. Since Rankin was unable to receive the award, CSC students and Pre-Veterinary Club members Autumn Skow, Natalie Hamaker, Ashlyn Tapio, and Kiauna Hargens presented the award to Rankin at her Crawford Companion Animal Clinic on Sept. 17.

CHADRON – Three Chadron State College student percussionists, Josh Fernau of Chadron, and Cayden Carrasco and Lucas Booe of Sidney, Nebraska, plan to attend the Percussive Arts Society International Conference (PASIC) in Indianapolis in November. Nearly 6,000 students and professionals attended PASIC last year.
