Park said a college that is a good steward is responsive to public needs and is intertwined with its region so that both will prosper.

Convenience and flexibility are hallmarks of this year’s summer school schedule at Chadron State College. “Since most summer school students also work and are involved in various activities we have made the schedule so they can earn credit in a variety of ways and still meet their other obligations,” said Steve Taylor, assistant vice president of extended campus programs and coordinator of the summer school program.
